A refund, exchange or return will not be made until all items are returned to RYUGER®. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Orders placed by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card account only.  International bank transfers can not be refunded back to your own account, either store credit or a refund via PayPal can be arranged. Refused shipments sent back to RYUGER® do not constitute a refund or credit. RYUGER® reserves the right to charge the customer shipping & handling costs for the refused shipment and a 30% restocking fee. 

Refunds for any reason processed through Paypal may be subject to additional processing fees charged by Paypal, typically up to 4% of the transaction value. Refunds are returned only to the Paypal account used to place the original order and can take up to 7 days to clear.

Refunds processed through direct credit card transactions can only be returned to the original account used for payment. Refunds typically take 1 business day, but can take up to 7 days to clear depending on the bank and credit card used.
